We only access documents (e.g., IEPs, assessment reports) that a parent/guardian chooses to share. We handle such information confidentially and use it solely to provide advocacy and mentoring services. PMVEA is not a school and is not subject to FERPA, but we apply comparable care and privacy practices.
Payments are handled by a third-party processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (e.g., last 4 digits, date) but not full card numbers.
We share information only as needed to run our business and as authorized by you:
We do not permit third parties to use children’s information for their own marketing.

“PMV,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PMV Educational Advocacy and Pure Melodic Vibrations, owned by Laura Piccolo. We provide educational-advocacy services (e.g., file/evaluation reviews, strategy sessions, ongoing advocacy, workshops) and holistic-wellness services (e.g., Energetic Alignment, Intuitive Mentoring, sound experiences, The Transformation Game).
By visiting our website, scheduling, purchasing, or attending any session/event (virtual or in-person), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Our services are complementary and educational. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical/mental-health conditions, and we are not a law firm. Nothing on the site or in a session is medical, mental-health, or legal advice. Always consult your licensed clinicians and/or attorney for advice specific to you.
Sessions are consent-based; touch (if any) is optional. Some tools (e.g., strong vibrations, essential oils, magnets, heat) may be adjusted or omitted to respect sensitivities, implants (e.g., pacemaker), pregnancy, or other conditions. If you feel discomfort at any time, say so and we will pause or modify.
Client stories and testimonials reflect personal experiences. They are not promises of results for all clients.
All site content, session materials, handouts, graphics, logos, recordings, and program curricula are owned by PMV or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. We may remove/decline participants for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.
Our site may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., scheduling, payments, video). Use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
Your use of the site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (COPPA-aware for children under 13). Parents/guardians may review, delete, or withdraw consent for a child’s data as outlined there.
By contacting us or booking, you consent to receive service-related emails/messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). You may opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.
A parent/guardian must book for minors and remain the primary contact. If we suspect abuse, neglect, or imminent harm, we may be required by law to report to appropriate authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMV and its owner, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PMV, its owner, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the services, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, power/internet outages, illness, emergencies).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any permitted action lies in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through a conversation or mediation. If unresolved, claims may proceed in court as above. You may remove this clause if you prefer.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
