IEP & 504 File Reviews

Clarity that moves you forward. File & Evaluation Reviews decode IEPs/504s and all major evaluations, then map strengths, needs, and actionable next steps so you can advocate with confidence, whether you’re questioning current supports or planning after a new diagnosis.

Evaluation Review

Make sense of the data so you can make confident decisions. From NH, I translate testing jargon into plain language and connect the dots between your child’s scores, strengths, needs, and what should happen next; whether it’s one evaluation report (neuropsych, psychoeducational, S/L, OT, FBA, etc.) or a full triennial reevaluation.

Ideal for families who:

  • Just received an evaluation and want a clear, unbiased explanation of what it means
  • Are preparing for eligibility, reevaluation, or IEP/504 meetings
  • Wonder if the current plan truly reflects the data
  • Suspect key services, goals, or accommodations are missing
  • Feel overwhelmed by scores, subtests, and technical language
  • Need help turning results into a concrete action plan

What’s included:

  • Complete review of evaluation materials (single report or full triennial battery)
  • Score interpretation and validity/consistency checks
  • Plain-language summary of results: strengths, challenges, patterns, and practical implications
  • Eligibility analysis and how findings align with IEP/504 decisions
  • Targeted recommendations for services, goals, and accommodations tied directly to the data
  • Review meeting (Zoom or phone) to walk through findings and next steps. (up to 1hr)
  • Meeting toolkit: prioritized questions for the team, talking points, and a draft Parent Input statement

Investment (flat rate):

  • One evaluation report (S/L, OT, FBA, WISC etc.) - $150
  • One neuropsych, psychoeducational report - $300
  • Full triennial reevaluation - $500

This flat-fee review delivers crisp insight, practical next steps, and the confidence to speak with calm authority. Head into the new year united, prepared, and empowered.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at laura@pmvea.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

I read your child’s full file [evaluation reports (neuropsych/psychoed, SLP, OT, FBA), current and past IEPs/504s, progress reports, report cards, discipline notes, and key emails] to see what’s working, what’s missing, and what data says should happen next.

Email is preferred. Please send PDFs (one report per file, if possible). If your files are large, you can share a view-only Drive/Dropbox link. Scans are better than photos. I’ll confirm receipt once everything arrives.

It depends on the scope and my current caseload. After our consultation I’ll give you a estimated turnaround date. If you’re on a tight deadline, tell me. When my calendar allows, I can offer a rush option.
