IEP & 504 Advocacy Support

Strategic, continuous advocacy that delivers momentum. I coordinate with the school, analyze progress data, refine goals/services, and navigate tough decisions (placement, compensatory services, transitions) so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

On-Going Advocacy

After a File Review, many families choose to keep me on their team for steady guidance and representation throughout the school year. I keep your child’s rights, needs, and strengths centered in every conversation so you don’t have to do this alone. Although located in Hooksett, NH, I am open to travel and Zoom.

Ideal for families who:

  • Expect multiple IEP/504 or eligibility meetings this year
  • Want a trusted advocate to attend meetings and help hold the team accountable
  • Prefer behind-the-scenes coaching to prep emails, scripts, and strategy
  • Need clear translations of school jargon and data into next steps
  • Value consistent follow-through so plans don’t stall between meetings

What’s included:

  • IEP/504 meeting attendance (in person or via Zoom) with concise follow-up notes
  • Attorney meeting attendance (in person or via Zoom) at your request
  • Review and feedback on draft IEP/504s, evaluations, prior written notices, and school emails
  • Strategy sessions to prepare for team meetings and tough conversations
  • Written supports: parent concern letters, goal suggestions, and meeting talking points
  • Communication drafting: clear, professional emails to the district (you send; I help you craft)
  • Progress checkpoints to track action items, timelines, and data collection
  • Optional add-ons: classroom observation, teacher interviews

You choose the level of involvement, from quiet coaching to active participation. My role is to be your advocate, your guide, and your witness so your student receives the services and recognition they deserve.
